Nick Cybela started his early career as an enterprise architect and full stack engineer before spending the past 21 years working with franchise businesses. He led Google Premier Partner agencies, digital marketing and sales training for Ford Motor Company, and marketing strategy for the largest dealer group in the USA before founding FlowFound, one of the top 30 Rising Tech Companies in 2018.
Today, he is the founder and CEO of WYN Solutions, a nearshore staffing provider to automotive agencies and product solution provider to franchise businesses like Neighborly.
His mission is to become the trusted platform for executional talent and verticalized AI workflows that accelerate growth for local businesses and careers.
