"We really try to customize a knowledge base and a specific library and platform for each specific position to make sure that we are fully training everybody specifically in automotive," Toro said.

The process includes a first week of candidate sourcing and vetting, followed by a second week of client interviews and final selection. Clients receive a shortlist of three candidates per position, along with the ability to evaluate cultural and technical fit before making a decision.
Every hire is trained to meet OEM compliance standards. WYN also provides ongoing performance management through monthly or quarterly scorecards, ensuring that team members continue to meet the specific KPIs defined by each client.
Salesforce and CRM Expertise
Toro, a Salesforce engineer, discussed how WYN has expanded into CRM talent placement for the automotive sector. The company recruits Salesforce-certified professionals and CRM specialists from Colombia, offering agencies and dealers an accessible path to platform expertise that is typically difficult to source domestically.
